taken with 1912 Graflex Auto RB. From the location shoot of the film "Tell them of us", This is a film to mark the anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War in 1914.
The Graflex reflex was used by allied forces photographers to document action during the First War (and some during the Second). Other types used include German Goerz cameras, but the Graflex RB was the most advanced camera of its time and carried on being made almost unchanged until after WW2. Speed range from 1- 1/1000 sec.
Bausch & Lomb Zeiss Tessar f4.5 7 1/16in made in 1910.

Ilford FP4 at 200 asa. developed in old stock Aculux. No enhancement. Plustek 120 scanner.

From the location shoot of the film "Tell them of us", This is a film to mark the anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War in 1914. Ran onto the set just as the shot was over and snapped it off. Lucky. Looking through a 100 year old screen at this scene gave me goose bumps.....
