What is history? I have written a thesis statement of this question for my ap class. Is it a good statement?

“What is history? Can history be changed? Is there a difference between history and the past? How do you learn about history? What makes something a good piece of history? What role does a bias play in recording of the past?’
That is the topic I am writing the essay on. It doesnt have to be long but I need to touch ever subject.
Would a good thesis statement be the definition of history? Or something else. And should I just write a paragraph answering each question?
