History, its often said, is written by the victors so how accurate is our understanding of history? Six distinguished University of Minnesota professors from fields ranging from African Studies to surgery, come together to examine current perspectives in US history. What was America like after the Civil War? What really went on during the Cuban Missile Crisis? And where do we stand now on the spectrum of accuracy in recording history?

David Cameron’s forebears have a long history in financial racketeering. His great-great grandfather, Emile Levita, a German Jew, was related to the German-Jewish Goldsmid banking family, and obtained British citizenship in 1871. He was the director of the Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China.

It is sad a private group of bankers is stripping our rights and printing our money. End the Fed Reserve and we might have a chance at restoring the Republic.

AMERICANS ARE JUST JEALOUS CUS? THEY HAVE NO HISTORY.. LIKE 200 YEARS LOL WHEREAS EUROPE HAS GREATEST HISTORY OF ALL HISTORIES

@hempartist420 LOL, I just played the game.

i must say that USA is the best country in the world and that I’m thankful I can go to sleep at night and live my life in peace because USA is the most powerful country in the world and we have the most powerful military and defense in the world. Even though our countries has setback and imperfections. We can still live each day in peace and love life for what it is instead of focusing on all the negative things. Because life can’t get any better than in the USA.

@yomamasapeach how depressing you are

@rockmysock01 yeah, but finding out someone’s got you by your nutsack, doesn’t change the fact that someone’s got you by the nutsack

How can everyone expect to support all those social systems and keep a wife at home? Its one thing to put regulations in that protect from personal injurry, but its another when my money isnt mine personally. As for religon, it doesnt take einstien to figure out its there for the most part to create raceism. People go where they believe they are accepted. Progressive propaganda, someone isnt telling the truth.

man fuck america the countries curruped and racest

this blows… it is just piece-work history. All of these “history” clips seem to have an agenda. the best one I’ve seen to-date was published by the History Channel.

The US is Crown Land the king of England i considered the prince of the US the president acts for the monarchy of England, The US is no different to England than Canada/Australia. The only difference is we’re not a country.

lmfao “american history” lol what history.

@JessicaBelle81 Liberal this, progressive that–it’s craziness. If you want to live your life thinking everything you don’t like can be classified using one of two terms, you will become a cranky old lady afraid of all new things. Just embrace the idea that this country was founded on, and grown, by a variety of cultures, races and classes. And without any of them, we will all be less because of it.

The industrial revolution pulled people out of poverty! I knew this video was going to be an attempt by Progressives to rewrite history and bash Capitalism.

@Eivan10R

Other country’s history is also pretty interesting. Yes, since the civil war lasted from 1861~1865

United States history is the most interesting. this starts right after the Civil War right?
