How do I delete cookies and history from Windows XP? My employer removed the toolbar internet options?
I can delete the history for a particular day with the history Icon but I cannot go into the drop down menu to delete cookies, browser history and url history. I do have access to files, program files and to create and delete folders.

Right Click on Internet Explorer Icon -> Internet Properties -> Click on Delete Cookies and Clear History -> Ok
if you’re using mozilla firefox, trying pressing Crtl+Shift+Del
it clears private data.
then, a little box comes up, and you can check delete cookies.
Can you get to it via Start-Control Panel-Internet Options? If not, try browsing to C:Documents and SettingsusernameLocal SettingsTemporary Internet Files. In XP the cookies are in there, too. I hope your employer hasn’t denied you access to those files entirely, or hidden them. If they’re hidden, you can try to change the attributes by opening Windows Explorer then clicking on Tools-Folder Options-click on the View Tab-scroll to Hidden Files and Folders and select Show Hidden Files and Folders. Then click on the Apply to All Folders button and OK/save your way out.
