It seems to me that they gave most of the credit for Wolfenstein’s success to Apogee and not its creators, id Software. I also find it interesting that they mentioned that Windows was one of the dominant operating systems at the time, even though the first game by id Software for windows was Doom II.

@kornholioa : for Doom and Heretic I use ZDoom, since it just enhances the resolution and does not add those new 3D models. And Duke doesn’t even need DosBox.
